Three Sisters Bake

Three Sisters love food and their philosophy is to ‘delight the senses’. If it doesn’t look good, taste good and smell good, it’s not on the menu.

They are super excited to be at the Kitchen Garden and we will have an assortment of delectable traybakes on offer and their famous giant sausage rolls.

 

Loch Fyne

Loch Fyne are delighted to bring to the Kitchen Garden their Euro 2018 menu including fresh oysters, hot Cullen Skink, grilled salmon rolls and smoked salmon bagels. They will be bringing their produce available through their mail order service and at their famous Deli and Oyster Bar at Cairndow (near Inveraray) direct to you.

 

WEST : Glaswegian Heart. German Head

Since opening in 2006, WEST Brewery has established itself as one of the leading independent breweries in the UK. Situated in the iconic Templeton building on Glasgow Green, The WEST name is synonymous with premium, award-winning artisan lagers and wheat beers.

Their bar at The Kitchen Garden will showcase a wide range of WEST beers as well collaborating with some of Scotland’s most exciting, award winning drinks producers, Thistly Cross Cider, Bon Accord Soft Drinks and ‘field to bottle’ distillers Arbikie Highland Estate.

 

Failte Foods

Failte Fresh Produce is a Scottish fruit and veg company established for 70 years. The core philosophy underpinning their success is their commitment to consistent quality. This has largely been achieved due to the long standing and fruitful relationships they enjoy with many of the country’s top growers, who share a similar belief in producing the freshest quality fruit and veg.

 

Wild & Smoky

Wild & Smoky serves the finest barbecued cuts of Scottish grown meat, cooked over wood smoke from sustainable Scottish hardwood. They will be serving barbecued shoulder of pork with pickled apple and homemade barbecue sauce and cracklin’, low ‘n’ slow smoked beef brisket with onion marmalade and sweet mustard sauce, as well as their 100% own recipe steak hamburgers. Look out for the daily specials such as Moinks (bacon-wrapped smoked meatballs) and smoked sticky pork belly.

 

Equi’s Ice Cream

The story starts in 1914 with Pietro Equi. Four generations later, Equi’s ice cream still begins with Pietro’s original ideas. Their exquisitely irresistible ice cream starts with fresh milk and cream from Scottish farms and ends with some of the best flavours in the world utilising artisan sea salt from the Isle of Skye or delicious Scottish Tablet.

Their ice cream won its first award in 1935 and has since earned the seal of approval from some of the world’s most discerning taste buds. Grab a scoop of their award-winning ice cream for yourself at the Kitchen Garden.

Babu Bombay Street Food Kitchen

Babu Bombay will be serving their tasty Bombay Street Food, home-style curries and Naan-wiches   at the Kitchen Garden. Get ready to tantalise those taste-buds with aromatic spice explosions.

 

The Kitchen Farmer: Jim Fairlie 

Jim set up the first farmers market in Scotland and has since gone on to make quality street foods.  Using beef and lamb from the family farm, they create quality burgers, using prime cuts of meat.

They are not just about burgers, they also do a mean steak pie with chunks of diced shoulder steak in a rich gravy, stovies, a traditional Scottish food and Halloumi for their vegetarian option.

All beef and lamb is born, reared and finished on their farm in Perthshire and Jim and his family are  passionate about what they do ensuring the quality of the food and the service provided is first class.

Nomad Wood-Fired Pizza

Nomad is a family run business based in Glasgow creating artisan, hand stretched sour dough pizzas made to order. Their menu incorporates veggie, meat, vegan and gluten free options all served from their clay pizza oven in the fab Piaggio Ape mini van.

The team at Nomad source locally when they can, including Muckle Moo - vegan mozzarella balls, hand produced in Glasgow. Pizza variations include truffled Portobello mushrooms with Dunsyre blue cheese and a firm favourite is the N’duja (spicy Italian sausage paste) with fresh rosemary and sweetcorn.

The fresh ingredients are always prepared daily to be topped on their artisan pizza bases and they also provide a super tasty gluten free version.

Izen Juice

Izen Juice specialize in making juices from squeezing fresh fruit and vegetables on the spot. The result is a tasty, healthy and quality product that everyone is sure to enjoy.
